1) Write the standard in your own words. How does this standard relate to the assignment?
7.EE.3 and 7.EE.4a: Solve word problems going into equations of the form px+q=r and p(x+q)=r where p, q, and r are specific rational numbers. Solve equations of the format shown very well. Compare and contrast a solution to an equation to an arithmetic solution, looking for the order of the operations used when you come to it. For example the perimeter of a rectangle is 54cm. Its length is 6cm. What is its width?
These standards relate to the assignment Because as the standard said, we will be making equations, we were solving equations on the test and we were supposed to solve them correctly.

2) What were the steps to completing this assignment?
The first step I had to do was study for the test on equations. Next, I reviewed one more time just in case if I forgot about the facts during the day of the test. Finally, we took the test and ended up getting a four.
3) This assignment demonstrates the following strengths...
This assignment shows that I am capable of studying and pacing myself during the test and get it done on time. This assignment also shows that I know and learned how to perform and solve complex or simple equations. And one more strength is that it shows that I am capable of remembering facts and details about equations, how to use them, and how to solve these problems.
4) I could have improved my work on this assignment by...
I could have improved my work on this assignment by studying more earlier instead of procrastinating at the last minute. Also I could have improved myself on this assignment by finishing my test earlier so I could have used that time to finish reading a required book for my reading goals, in which we had to read six books by the end of the year.
5) How could you applied the skills you have learned in this assignment in either the real world as an adult or in other classes while you are still a student.
I could apply the skills I have learned as an adult because when I become a baker, I am going to need specific amounts of ingredients. For example, I am going to need 4 10ml and 3 sacks of flour for a cake for 3 people. And I can apply this as a student because when I learned that I should not be lazy and procrastinate, I can study and review more earlier.
